Love you

Hi everyone and happy belated National Scrapbook Day!

I had the honor to participate in the Scrap your heart out Youtube Hop hosted by Clique Kits and created a layout plus my first process video for that occasion!

I used the Fancy Free collection from Pink Paislee and Paige Evans, some bits and bobs from the April Hip Kits and that amazing cut file is from Just Nick.

I used some wood veneers and heat embossed them in silver to match with all the silver details from the Fancy Free collection.

I absolutely can't get enough of the acetate pieces in the ephemera pack - I used the love you as my title and stapled it down to the cut file.

Last but not least - here is the process video for you - enjoy!

You are my happy

Hi everyone, Laureen here with a new page to share!

This one features two amazing cut files from Just Nick Studio and the lovely Fancy Free collection by Paige Evans and Pink Paislee - it is so cute!

I created this layout as a birthday present for my sister - I used a picture of her and her boyfriend and thought that title just matched perfectly! The title is "You are my happy" and is from the cut file You are my happy from Just Nick Studio. The heart is the Cut file "Broken Heart" I believe.

Aren't all the cute bits and pieces adorable? The heart is a wood veneer heart I gold embossed from Simple Stories and came in the April Kits from Hip Kit Club. Also that glossy, puffy frame?! Pinkfresh Studio did a great job with these, and don't even get me started with the bits and bobs from Fancy Free! I need the entire collection again I feel like.

Just me

Hi crafty peeps!
I am back with another layout to share - and let me tell you, I am in love with this one!
It is the first layout that I feel really showcases my style that I admire in scrapbooking with the white background and the fun patterned papers and cute embellishments.

It is the first layout I created using a background cut with my brand new Silhouette Cameo. I don't really own it as of now, because it is a birthday gift but I was allowed to do a few tes-cuts and oh boy, I am in love!

See all those cute butterflies? It is a free cut file Ashley shared over on her blog that I backed with papers from Dear Lizzy and a few I had in my stash.
Embellishments are from the Dear Lizzy Serendipity collection and a few bits and bobs like the Enamel Dots and the cute flair button from my stash.

Believe

Hello there crafty people!

I am finally back and more creative than ever! I currently have a bunch of time for myself, mainly focusing to get healthy and cancer free and therefore I am not in university. That also means - I have a lot of spare time on my hands!
And let me tell you - my hands are itching to create layouts and cards and my brain is full of ideas!

I just finished this layout with a bunch of bright happy Echo Park Paper and paper-rosettes - so much fun creating those!

Ready, set, snow {Lawn Fawn}

Hello there!

I wanted to show you the other card I created during the crafty christmas session I recently had with my best friend. Uhh what do you think of a "Crafty Christmas" series here on the blog? Let me think about that ;)

Today's card features the adorable stamp set "Ready, set, snow" from Lawn Fawn.

I used some Stickles to add a little interest to the scarves and think it just looks so cute!
The background was made with Distress Inks and I colored the snowflakes back in with a white gel pen.

For the background of the card I used the Woodgrain Backdrops and stamped it in Versamark to give it a tone on tone look. The paper is from an old christmas collection from Echo Park Paper. I just tied some twine around and the card was done!

I hope you like it.
