June Sketch - Scrapbook Werkstatt

Hi there crafty friends!

Today I have something fun and exciting for you - I am part of the amazing Design Team from Scrapbook Werkstatt!
Maybe you know this - if not let me tell you - every first of the month there is a Sketch going live in the inspiration gallery over at Scrapbook Werkstatt.
The Design Team girls show their take on the sketch and then it is your turn to get creative with those scissors and glue and if you're lucky you will be picked for a 20 Euro gift certificate for the Scrapbook Werkstatt shop - awesome right?!

This time, it was my turn to create the Sketch - first post as a member for their team and also my first Sketch I ever created on my own - talk about pressure right?!

And here is my take on the sketch

I used the Fancy Free collection by Paige Evans and Pink Paislee and wood veneer from My Minds Eye and Simple Stories.

I am excited to see your take on the sketch - happy crafting!

Love you

Hi everyone and happy belated National Scrapbook Day!

I had the honor to participate in the Scrap your heart out Youtube Hop hosted by Clique Kits and created a layout plus my first process video for that occasion!

I used the Fancy Free collection from Pink Paislee and Paige Evans, some bits and bobs from the April Hip Kits and that amazing cut file is from Just Nick.

I used some wood veneers and heat embossed them in silver to match with all the silver details from the Fancy Free collection.

I absolutely can't get enough of the acetate pieces in the ephemera pack - I used the love you as my title and stapled it down to the cut file.

Last but not least - here is the process video for you - enjoy!

You are my happy

Hi everyone, Laureen here with a new page to share!

This one features two amazing cut files from Just Nick Studio and the lovely Fancy Free collection by Paige Evans and Pink Paislee - it is so cute!

I created this layout as a birthday present for my sister - I used a picture of her and her boyfriend and thought that title just matched perfectly! The title is "You are my happy" and is from the cut file You are my happy from Just Nick Studio. The heart is the Cut file "Broken Heart" I believe.

Aren't all the cute bits and pieces adorable? The heart is a wood veneer heart I gold embossed from Simple Stories and came in the April Kits from Hip Kit Club. Also that glossy, puffy frame?! Pinkfresh Studio did a great job with these, and don't even get me started with the bits and bobs from Fancy Free! I need the entire collection again I feel like.

Just me

Hi crafty peeps!
I am back with another layout to share - and let me tell you, I am in love with this one!
It is the first layout that I feel really showcases my style that I admire in scrapbooking with the white background and the fun patterned papers and cute embellishments.

It is the first layout I created using a background cut with my brand new Silhouette Cameo. I don't really own it as of now, because it is a birthday gift but I was allowed to do a few tes-cuts and oh boy, I am in love!

See all those cute butterflies? It is a free cut file Ashley shared over on her blog that I backed with papers from Dear Lizzy and a few I had in my stash.
Embellishments are from the Dear Lizzy Serendipity collection and a few bits and bobs like the Enamel Dots and the cute flair button from my stash.
